登记离婚后房屋转移登记制度的弊端及完善

我国现行离婚后房屋转移登记制度程序繁杂,不但给当事人带来诸多不便,也增加了行政成本和诉讼成本。笔者针对现行法律规定在实践中存在的弊端,就如何畅通登记离婚方式中取得房屋所有权的一方当事人办理房屋转移登记行为的渠道及对现行法律的完善提出了自己的思考。
