炎琥宁注射液联合阿奇霉素治疗特发性肺间质纤维化的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察炎琥宁注射液联合阿奇霉素治疗特发性肺间质纤维化的疗效观察。方法 100例特发性肺间质纤维化患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。两组均给予常规治疗(控制性氧疗+抗生素+祛痰剂+糖皮质激素),治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用炎琥宁注射液联合阿奇霉素治疗,对照组在常规治疗的基础上仅加用炎琥宁注射液,连用7天。结果治疗组在治疗后PaO2值升高较对照组显著,治疗组在治疗后FEV1提高较对照组显著,治疗组总有效率高于对照组。结论炎琥宁联合阿奇霉素治疗特发性肺间质纤维化有较好的疗效,值得推广。 Objective To observe the effect of Yanhuning injection combined with azithromycin in the treatment of idiopathic curative effect observation of pulmonary fibrosis( IPF) . Methods 100 patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each. The treatment group and the control group were given routine therapy( control oxygen therapy and antibiotics + expectorant + glucocorticoid) ,the treatment group treated by Yanhuning injection combined with azithromycin on the basis of conventional therapy,the control group on the basis of conventional therapy combined with Yanhuning injection,even for 7 days. Results the treatment group after treatment PaO 2 value increased significantly compared with the control group,treatment group after treatment FEV1 increased significantly compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Yanhuning and azithromycin in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis has better curative effect,is worth popularizing.
