摘要
培养创新型人才是大学的本体功能和伟大使命。当前各个大学都在积极探索有利于培养学生创新意识和创新能力的教学及实践改革模式。在简要介绍近几年方兴未艾的大学生创新训练计划及其重要意义的基础之上,我系立足于大学生创新计划的创新实验室建设状况。基于优化资源配置,搭建技术交流平台和完善制度建设的工作思路,借以创建生动活波的大学生创新实践氛围和丰富多彩的科学研究气息,促进学生创新能力培养,实现创新实验室科学、健康和可持续发展。
Cultivating innovative personnel is the ontological function and great mission of universities.Various universities are now actively exploring a new reform mode in teaching and practice for helping students train innovative consciousness and ability.Based on the brief introduction on the developing national student innovation training（SIT） program and its significance,ur SIT-based innovation laboratory construction thought.By optimizing resources,building exchange cooperation platform and perfecting institutional construction,we believe that the SIT-based innovation laboratory can create a vivid and colorful scientific research atmosphere,and further promote the cultivation of students＇ innovative ability efficiently.
