基于“卓越工程师”培养目标下金工实习教学改革探讨

Discussion on teaching reform for metalworking practice based on the target of training outstanding engineers

如何培养一名卓越工程师,实践教学环节至关重要,因此按照"卓越工程师计划"培养目标及任务的要求,通过对金工实习教学中存在问题的分析,以实用、创新为原则,结合我校实际情况,对金工实习在教学理念、目标、管理体制、方法、内容、教师素质及考核方法等方面进行了改革探讨,以满足我院提出的农业工程卓越工程师培养的需要。

Practice teaching is crucial for cultivating an outstanding engineer.According to the training aim and task requirements of ＂Outstanding Engineer Program＂,after analyzed the existing problems of the metalworking practice teaching,this paper presents some reform ideas on teaching philosophy,objectives,methods,management Systems,content,teachers＇ quality and its assessment methods.With practice and innovation oriented and based on the acutual situation,these reform ideas would expect to be constructive and meet the needs of agricultural engineering outstanding engineer training
