摘要 为满足人们对清洁器械的更高需求,设计了一种多功能高效清洁机。该清洁机由清扫机构、吸尘机构、拖地机构、收集装置、传动装置以及扶手等组成,集碎屑垃圾清扫,尘埃颗粒吸附,地面污渍擦洗三大功能于一体,工作效率高,效果好。清扫机构位于前部,主要由可更换的滚刷、垃圾导槽组成;吸尘机构位于中部,主要由吸尘器与吸尘管组成;拖地机构位于尾部,主要由可转动拖地带、水箱组成;收集装置采用抽屉式设计,方便垃圾收集与清理;传动装置采用链传动与棘轮机构组合。试验结果表明,该清洁机最大清扫宽度为0.40 m,有效拖地宽度为0.35 m,正常工作速度下每小时清洁地面面积为750㎡,工作效率是人工清扫的5倍。 To satisfy the increasing requirements of the clean instruments,a kind of multi-functional and efficient cleaning machine was designed in this work.The cleaning machine was composed of cleaning mechanism,vacuuming mechanism,mopping mechanism,collection device,transmission device,a handrail,etc,and has three functions of detritus rubbish scavenging,dust particles vacuuming,floor blot scrubbing in one machine with high efficience and favorable effect.The cleaning mechanism was installed at the front of the machine,and composed of replaceable roller brush and garbage guiding groove.The vacuuming mechanism was located in the middle of the machine,and composed of vacuum cleaner and dust collection tube.The mopping mechanism was at the tail,and composed of rotating mop and water tank.The collection device adopted special design like the drawer in order to collect the rubbish.The transmission device combined chain transmission with ratchet mechanism.Experimental results showed that the maximum sweeping width of the presented cleaning machine was 0.40m,the effective mopping width was 0.35m,under the normal working speed of cleaning the floor,it could reach 750 ㎡/h,which was 5 times of artificial cleaning speed.
