以JSM-5600LV扫描电镜为例,阐述了钨灯丝扫描电镜日常维护保养的具体办法,简单介绍了扫描电镜常见故障的排除方法,强调了大型贵重仪器必须专人管理,以及管理者必须具有较强责任心和较高技术水平的重要性。
Based on JSM-5600 SEM,the daily maintenance of tungsten filament SEM was elaborated and the troubleshooting method was also briefly introduced in this article.It is emphasized that the large valuable instrument must be specially managed and the managers must be responsible and well skilled.
