摘要
讨论了 Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ目前存在的问题及采用ＩＰ和ＡＴＭ结合技术来解决这些问题的方法，对ＩＰ交换的关键技术之一，流分类机制进行了研究，分析了研究高性能流分类器所要考虑的一些问题，并提出了一种自适应流分类器结构．
This paper discussed the problems Internet faced and the way to solve them using integrated IP and ATM technologies. Also it studied one of the key technologies of IP switching-flow classification. At last. we put forward future direction about how to design a high performance classifier and a new structure of self-adaptive classifier.
