医院实施助理护士转岗培训模式探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨助理护士转岗培训模式,以期帮助转岗人员尽快适应临床管床责任护士角色,保障护理安全,提高医院整体护理质量。方法由医院制定转岗培训规范,对符合转岗条件的助理护士采用医院统一授课、科室培训与自我训练相结合的培训模式。结果转岗培训实施后,新护士中护理纠纷的发生率由2005~2008年的11.2%下降到2009~2012年的3.8%;护理差错的发生率由4.1%下降到1.0%;针刺伤的发生率由10.2%下降到3.8%;护士长对新护士的满意度由88%提高到98%。结论开展助理护士转岗培训可使新护士顺利完成从助理护士到管床责任护士的转变,较好地提升其临床护理技能及岗位胜任能力。 Objectives By Investigating the model of job-transfer training for assistant nurses in order to help the transferred personnel to adapt to the role of primary nurse as soon as possible and guarantee nursing safety, finally, improve the quality of nursing in whole hospital. Methods A set of job-transfer training specifications was estab- lished, a model combined unified hospital teaching, department- and self training was carried out for assistant nur ses who are eligible for job-transfer. Results The occurrence rate of nursing disputes decreased from 11. 2% in 2005-2008 to 3.8% in 2009-2012. Simultaneously, nursing errors dropped from 4. 1% to 1.0%, needle stick in juries declined from 10.2% to 3.8% among new nurses, and the charge nurses' satisfactory with new nurses im proved from 88% to 98% since the job-transfer training was carried out. Conclusions Carrying out job-transfer training for assistant nurses helped new nurses to complete transformation from assistant nurses to primary nurses successfully, and their clinical nursing skill and post competency improved.
