健脾四号合剂治疗小儿厌食症的临床观察及胃动力研究

Clinical observation and gastric motility study of Jianpi Sihao mixture in children with infantile anorexia

[目的]观察健脾四号合剂治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效及胃动力变化。[方法]将60例小儿厌食症患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例用健脾四号合剂进行治疗,对照组30例用吗丁啉(多潘立酮)混悬液治疗,两组患儿均作血红细胞、血红蛋白、唾液淀粉酶、血锌值和胃电图检查。[结果]治疗组与对照组有效率分别为86.7%和60.0%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),在提升血锌、唾液淀粉酶的水平上,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胃电图检查:两组厌食患儿经治疗后,胃电主频、幅值、正常能量比均有不同程度提升。[结论]健脾四号合剂治疗小儿厌食症疗效确切,而且可提升患儿的胃动力。

[Objective] To observe the effect of Jianpi Sihao （invigorating the spleen, No.4） mixture in the treatment of infantile anorexia and gastric motility changes. [Methods] The 60 cases of anorexia were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group of 30 patients and control group of 30 patients. The treatment group was treated with Jianpi Sihao mixture, the control group with motilium. In both groups of patients the red blood cells, hemoglobin, salivary amylase, serum zinc values and gastric electrical diagram check were examined. [Results] The effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 86.7% and 60.0% respectively. The treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. On the level of improving blood zinc levels and salivary amylase, the treatment group was better than the control group with a significant difference between them （P〈0.05）. In EGG check it was found that after treatment children in both groups had some improvement in different degree in gastric electrical frequency, amplitude and normal energy. [Conclusion] The Jianpi Sihao mixture is effective and safe in the treatment of infantile anorexia and can enhance the children＇ s gastric motility.
