摘要
借助workbench软件对陶粒增强加气砌块专用分料机进行了静力学分析。首先对其进行了有限元建模,并根据实际工作状况对其进行了力的加载,得到了分料机的变形状况。通过分析分料机变形状况对其工作的影响,找出了分料机的薄弱环节从而进行结构的改进,提高了整个分料机的静刚度,使其获得了更好的性能。
Ceramisite-reinforced concrete block is a new self thermal insulation architectural material, and is much favored in the construction industry these years. According to size requirements, eeramisite-reinforced con- crete blocks are cut from the large ceramsite blank. Before that, blanks experience shaping and maintaining. The sub-feeder is one of the most important parts of the block production line. With the help of the finite element soft ware, the static analysis of the sub-feeder is carried out, and the fragile structures of the machine are improved. Thus the static stiffness of the whole machine is enhanced and the performance becomes better.
