摘要
为适应军事任职教育转型要求、培养出适合部队需要的技术人才,根据任职教育特点和预选士官教学实际,提出了以改善教学内容、改革组训方式、改造教员队伍、改建实践平台、改变考核方法为核心的理实一体教学模式.实践表明,该教学模式能够有效提高教学质量,促进预选士官岗位任职能力的培养.
In order to meet the transition demand of military position-holding training and train the technical talents that meet the army' s needs. According to the features of position-holding training and the teaching practice of the pre-selected sergeants, this article proposes a teaching mode of integration of theory and practice whose core is to improve the teaching contents, reform the way of organization and training, transform the team of teaching personal, reconstruct the practice platform and changing the assessment method. Practices indicate that this teaching mode could effectively improve the teaching quality and facilitate the training of pre-selected sergeants' position-holding competency.
