为适应军事任职教育转型要求、培养出适合部队需要的技术人才,根据任职教育特点和预选士官教学实际,提出了以改善教学内容、改革组训方式、改造教员队伍、改建实践平台、改变考核方法为核心的理实一体教学模式.实践表明,该教学模式能够有效提高教学质量,促进预选士官岗位任职能力的培养.

In order to meet the transition demand of military position-holding training and train the technical talents that meet the army＇ s needs.
