摘要 PLC程序的验证过程中需要有实际的控制对象,才能够达到较好的检验效果,而实际的被控对象在实验室很难配备齐全。针对这个问题,提出用iFIX组态软件全真模拟工控设备的被控对象,即开发相应的虚拟设备,以此来满足PLC实验实训教学要求,克服真实被控对象的缺点。 The PLC Systems need actual controlling objects in the confirmation process if a better test result is wanted. However, not all actual controlling objects can be furnished in laboratories. Taking this problem into consideration, this paper puts forward away that the simulated controlling objects of the industrial controlling systems can be established with the help of the iFIX configuration software. Namely, virtual equipment can be developed to meet the demands of teaching and experiment by overcoming the defects of the actual controlling objects.
