本文通过对汽车起重机底盘板簧式后悬挂装配过程中的难点与要点进行分析,提出了一种可行的工艺方案,通过压制工装来保证装配质量且提高了装配效率。

This paper analyzes the difficulties and key points of assembling the rear leaf-spring suspension on truck crane chassis. A feasible method is to tighten the fixture, which can improve the quality and efficiency of assembly.
