某石化企业硫化氢中毒事故分析及安全对策研究

Accident Analysis and Safety Countermeasure for Hydrogen Sulfide Poisoning of a Petrochemical Enterprises

调查了某石化企业1985-2012年硫化氢中毒事故的原因、作业类型、岗位分布和防护措施等,并进行了统计分析,发现:20世纪80-90年代是硫化氢急性中毒事故的高发期;检维修作业事故发生率高;违章作业、缺乏安全教育是事故发生的主要原因。提出加强职业安全教育、提高设备的防腐蚀设计、密闭化生产、加强管理是预防硫化氢中毒事故的关键。

An investigation was made on hydrogen sulfide poisoning accidents in a petrochemical enter- prise from 1985 to 2012. The causes, joh type, job distribution and protective measures were statistically analyzed. A peak of acute hydrogen sulfide poisoning accidents was found in the period of 80s to 90s in the 20th century. Accidents usually happened during in- spection and maintenance work. Illegal operations and the lack of safety education were the main rea- sons for accidents. Proposals were made to strengthen occupational safety education, improve eqnipment corrosion resistant design, sealed production and strengthen management. Those are the key measures to prevent hydrogen sulfide poisoning.
