浅析日常质量管理中三级检查制度的建设

A Brief Analysis Onconstruction of three-level Inspection System in Daily Quality Management

经过长期的实践证明,三级检查制度的施行,对于严格统一业务文件和技术规定的执行、保障业务工作质量和促进业务工作规范开展,都具有积极而重要的作用,是严格落实质量管理科学有效而重要的手段。本文结合南京市国土资源信息中心地籍调查与测绘工作实践,介绍了三级检查制度,对三级检查制度的建设进行了探讨。

After a long practice,to the strict and unified implementation of business documents and technical regulations,the insurance of business results quality and promoting to carrying out business normatively,the implementation of three-level inspection system has a positive and important role,moreover it＇s the scientific,effective and important means of the strict implementation of quality management.Based on practice of cadastral surveying and mapping business in Nanjing Municipal Land Resource Information Center,this paper introduces three-level inspection system,and the construction of three-level inspection system is discussed.
