辅导员就业指导工作专业化浅析

就业是关系到大学生命运的问题,对于学生个人、家庭、学校和社会都意义重大。辅导员加入就业指导队伍将有利于职业指导工作的全面、有序开展,因此辅导员队伍的专业化建设需要进一步加强和落实。通过对辅导员从事就业工作的有利条件及存在问题的分析,探讨辅导员就业指导专业化建设的重要性及途经和方法。在掌握辅导员等一线工作人员实际情况的前提下,从提高职业指导质量的角度提出转变观念、提升素质、建立健全学习机制及加强考核等措施。

Employment for graduates is very important not only to graduates themselves, but also to their families, colleges and the whole society. Therefore, to let the counselors take part in the work of vo- cational guidance will make it more orderly and comprehensively. Furthermore, to enhance the counselors＇ professional construction is also important. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages when the coun- selors do the vocational guidance work, the essay discusses the importance and methods of the specialized construction that the counselors get involved in the vocational guidance. In order to improve the quality of vocational guidance, some aspects should be especially noticed by the counselors, i.e. reviewing ideas, im- proving their own qualities, building up the learning mechanism and strengthening effective evaluation sys- tem.
