摘要 [目的]探讨在护理核心课程教学中培养学生自主学习能力的教学策略。[方法]在2009级护理专业学生核心课程的教学中,采用"以学生为中心"的教学策略。开课前和课程结束后采用学习积极主动性量表和自我效能量表评价教学效果。[结果]干预前后学生学习驱动力、学习目标、控制学习和一般自我效能量表评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]采用"以学生为中心"的教学策略,可提高学生的自主学习能力。 Objective:To probe into teaching strategies for cultivation of autonomous learning ability of nursing undergraduates in nursing core curriculum.Methods:The "student-centered" teaching strategy were used for the core curriculum teaching for nursing students in 2009,and the teaching effect was evaluated before course start and after the course by using learning active initiative scale and general self-efficacy scale.Results:There was statistically significant difference in scores of learning driving force,learning objectives,learning control and general self-efficacy control scale of students between before and after intervention(P0.05).Conclusion:The "student-centered" teaching strategy can improve students' autonomous learning ability.
