摘要 [目的]评价水溶性壳聚糖膜(WSCM)治疗缺血-再灌注损伤(IRI)致压疮(PU)的效果。[方法]将采用流涎法制备好的WSCM用于SD大鼠IRI致PU部位,并以重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)为对照,比较SD大鼠PU的治疗效果。[结果]未用药组SD大鼠PU创面愈合时间为(23.70±0.95)d,rhEGF组SD大鼠PU创面愈合时间为(18.60±0.84)d,WSCM组SD大鼠PU创面愈合时间为(14.70±0.95)d,3组SD大鼠PU创面愈合时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]WSCM可促进创面愈合、恢复局部组织的血液循环。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of water-soluble chitosan membrane(WSCM) for pressure ulcers(PU) caused by ischemia-reperfusion injury(IRI).Methods:WSCM was prepared according to salivation method and was used in PU place in SD rats with IRI,and recombinant human Epidermal Growth Factor(rhEGF) was taken as control,then to compare the curative effect.Results:The wound healing time among blank control group,rhEGF group and WSCM group were respectively(23.70±0.95)d,(18.60±0.84)d and(14.70±0.95)d,there was statistical significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion:WSCM can promote wound healing and restore local tissue blood circulation.
