新建本科院校应根据区域经济对人才培养规格的需求,以职场能力培养为导向构建人才培养方案,处理好通识教育与专业教育、理论与实践、必修课与选修课以及第一课堂与第二课堂的关系,并制定相应措施确保人才培养方案实施。

In order to meet the needs of regional economy for talent cultivation specifications, newly-- established undergraduate colleges should construct a talent cultivation plan oriented by occupational ability, properly deal with the relationships between general education and professional education, theory and practice, compulsory courses and optional courses, as well as first class and second class, and make corresponding measures to ensure the implementation of the plan.
