摘要
文章采用干燥法测定金刺梨鲜果的含水量,并使用紫外分光光度计测定鲜果中的总糖与抗坏血酸含量,结果表明安顺市售金刺梨鲜果品质存在较大差异,该差异应该是由不同产地栽培环境所导致。
This article takes drying method to determination of Fruit Rosa sterilis water content, and determinations of total polysaccharides and Vitamin C content using UV spectrophotometer hair. Result is what Anshun commercial Fruit Rosa sterilis quality is quite different; the difference should be of different origin cultivated environment.
