摘要 为了分析非线性因素对空空导弹数字化舵机的影响,利用UG-ADAMS-ANSYS-MATLAB软件,建立了舵机的机电联合仿真模型,并将非线性因素细化到电动舵机的数学仿真模型中.在集成仿真环境下,对传动机构的摩擦、间隙、刚度等非线性参数进行了仿真.结合仿真分析结果,有效地解决了舵机控制的非线性因素问题. To analyze the influence of nonlinear factors on digital electromechanical actuator of an air-to- air missile, the mechanical and electrical co-simulation model was built by UG-ADAMS-ANSYS- MATLAB. The nonlinear factors were also refined to the mathematical model of the electric actuator. In the integrated simulation environment, simulation of nonlinear parameters, such as driving mechanism friction, the clearance and stiffness, was done. Comparing with simulation results, the nonlinear problems of electromechanical actuator are well resolved.
