摘要 利用Pro/E三维软件建立了枪钻的三维模型,基于振动理论对钻头进行了模态分析,并根据固有频率选择出不同的钻削参数.采用大型有限元分析软件DEFORM-3D对枪钻钻削铝合金过程中刀具的刀尖棱线位移变化进行了三维数值模拟分析.仿真分析结果表明:为防止由于共振而导致的同轴度误差变大,根据固有频率选择钻削参数具有一定的意义,可以为深孔加工中防止孔轴线偏斜提供理论参考. Using Pro/E 3D modeling software to create three-dimensional model of gun drill,the modal analysis was carried out on the drill bit based on the theory of vibration, and the drilling parameters was selected based on natural frequency. Using large-scale finite element analysis software DEFORM-3D, point ridge displacement changes of drilling tool was simulated and analyzed by 3D numerical simulation in the process of gun drill drilling aluminum alloy. The simulation results show that, in order to prevent the concentricity error caused by resonance becoming large, it is significant that drilling parameter is selected according to the inherent frequency,and the results provide a theoretical reference to prevent hole axis deviation in deep hole processing.
