Analysis of Hospitalization Expense Covering Policy of Basic Medical Insurance According to Sustainable Strategy——Rugao City of Jiangsu Province as an Example

医疗保险是世界公认的难题。待遇支付政策对医疗保险事业的可持续发展影响深远。针对医疗保险制度待遇提升乏力、医保基金高结余、病患高负担等问题,本文以职工基本医疗保险制度为例,且以住院医疗待遇支付政策为研究对象,结合如皋市的实践,着重讨论基本医疗保险住院待遇支付政策体系建设课题,提出了"五个必须坚持"的政策设计重构理念。
