方形与球形聚氨酯填料用于MBBR处理混合污水的研究 被引量:9

STUDY ON CUBIC AND ROUND POLYURETHANE FOAM CARRIERS FOR MIXED SEWAGE TREATMENT IN MBBR PROCESS

摘要 分别利用方形和球形聚氨酯填料作为移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)的载体,并研究和比较其串连和并联处理混合污水的效果,研究表明,MBBR系统运行稳定,处理效果良好,串连MBBR对COD和NH3-N的去除率分别可达73%和97%;填充球形填料的MBBR能更有效地去除COD和NH3-N,且对水质变化适应性更强。试验结果为选择更合理、有效的填料应用于MBBR方式提供依据。 Cubic and roundpolyurethane foams as microorganism carriers were investigated in two-stage MBBRs for mixed sewage treatment. Furthermore, the comparison of removal efficiencies between these two shapes carries was conducted in two MBBRs running in parallel under the same operating conditions. The results indicated that COD, ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) removal efficiency in two-stage system could be achieved at approximately 73% and 97%, respectively.Additionally, round carriers are more effective to remove COD and NH3-N,with stronger adaptability to the change of water qualities, based on the selection of more reasonable and effective sewage treatment carrier for MBBR.
