借鉴公司已投运氨合成装置的设计及操作经验,对气体入塔、热回收等进行改进,自行设计了200kt/a氨合成装置。投运后,调节方便,运行稳定。

Based on the experience in design and operation of the ammonia synthesis system in our company, improve theses processes including the syngas into the synthesis tower and the heat recovery etc., and make a design of 200 kt/a ammonia synthesis system independently. When the plant is put into operation, it is easily operated and runs stablely.
