摘要
机械设备及其安全防护装置的安全功能都需要安全控制系统来实现,而所实现的安全功能对机械设备风险减小作用的大小决定了安全控制系统需要达到的性能。ISO/TC 199于2006年发布了关于安全控制系统的新标准ISO 13849-1:2006。新标准在保留原标准中类别这一指标的基础上,综合考虑了元器件MTTFd、DC、CCF等可靠性指标,并定义了评估安全控制系统性能的新指标——PL。本文在介绍ISO 13849-1:2006中计算PL所需的关键参数的基础上,并给出IIIC型双手操纵装置PL的计算过程示例,以期为相关人员运用该标准评估安全控制系统提供参照。
The safety functions of machinery and its safegu~ shall be achieved by safe control system. The contribution of the achieved safety functions to risk reduction determines the required performance which the safe control system must satisfy. In 2006, ISOfFC 199 developed a new standard ISO 13849-1:2006 about safe control system. On the premise of keeping Category defined in older standard, some reliability indicators of components such as MTIFd, DC, CCF, were considered in combination in the new standard, and a new indicator PL for evaluating the performance of safe control system was defined. This paper introduces some key indicator for calculating PL according to ISO 13849-1:2006, and gives a example for calculating PL of a Type mc two-bend control device to providing an illustrative example for concerned persons.
