摘要
本文以逆向物流与供应链信息化管理方法为基础,通过对电子电器产品全生命周期各环节开展关键环境安全要素分析,梳理出典型电子电器产品的9个关键环境安全溯源环节,及4类主要环境安全要素;采用产品批次号(内码)与溯源码(外码)相结合的方式,设计了典型电子电器产品的环境安全溯源链,并对典型家用电冰箱的环境安全溯源链进行了实例研究。
Based on the informatization management methods of reverse logistics and supply chain, the key factors of environmental security throughout the whole life cycle of the electrical and electronic products are analyzed, and 9 key nodes for the environmental security traceability and 4 types of environmental security factors are concluded. Adopting the combination of the batch number of products and the tracing code, the traceability chain is designed for the typical electrical and electronic products, and the case study is also conducted for the typical refrigerators.
