The significances of researching standardization property are dissertated in this article, the four standardization properties are researched out that are consistency, inertia, duplication, fluidity. The connotations of the four properties are discoursed. The theory relations and characteristics of the four properties are separately researched. The attesting methods of the four properties are put forward. The four properties are separately testified. The application relations of the four properties are expounded. Parts of representative application areas are research and given out.
