吉林省旅游产业结构优化的前瞻性对策——基于卫星账户的构建

Forward-looking Countermeasures on Optimization of Tourism Industry Structure in Jilin Province ——Based on Construction of Satellite Account

产业结构优化是吉林省旅游业实现高效益发展的基础性战略,而卫星账户的构建将为这一战略提供强大的信息系统支持与发展对策启示。卫星账户既能大大提高旅游数据的可信度和区域可比性,又能准确测度旅游业在国民经济中的地位和作用,为产业结构优化提供精密的数据支持和路径参考。基于此,参照世界旅游组织发布的5旅游附属账户:建议的方法框架6(2008版),构建吉林省旅游产业卫星账户的需求与供给系统,探索优化旅游产业结构的问题就成为一项意义重大的工作。

The optimization of industrial structure was the basic strategy to achieve high eflqciency for tourism development of Jilin Province, while the construction of satellite account for this strategy could provide powerful support of information systems and the revelation of development countermeasures. Satellite account could not only greatly improve the credibility and regional comparability of the tourism data, but also accurately measure the position and role of tourism in the national economy, providing sophisticated data support and path reference for the optimization of industrial structure. Based on this, it became a significant job to build the demand and supply system of the satellite accounts of the tourism industry in Jilin Province based on the “Tourism Satellite Account： Recommended methodological framework” （2008 version） issued by the World Tourism Organization, and to explore the problem of optimizing the structure of the tourism industry.
