通过介绍一起220kV升压站双母线接线方式在倒闸操作过程中,发生电压互感器二次反充电,造成运行中的电压互感器二次侧空气开关跳闸,全站220kV保护装置失压事故,论述了电压切换和电压互感器二次反充电的原理,指出了事故原因并提出了具体的防范措施。
