摘要
有色羊绒在脱色处理过程中,受到酸、碱、还原剂、氧化剂等侵蚀,纤维的结构、物理机械性能、化学性能将有所改变,为此研究了脱色绒的理化性能。结果表明:经脱色处理,纤维的白度明显提高;纤维鳞片层轻微受损,但清晰可见;断裂强力、断裂伸长、平均细度、平均长度、短绒率等物理机械性能变化较小;碱溶度增大,表明纤维内部结构受到损伤;脱色绒在活性染料染色时的初始上染速率略增大,平衡上染百分率下降。研究表明,采用加大染色用酸量,加强染后洗涤,施加湿摩擦牢度提升剂和调整脱色工艺等方法可有效改善脱色绒的染色性能。
Due to the erosion of acid,alkali and reductant-oxidant,the structure and physical-chemical properties of fiber change during the decolouring process of colored cashmere.Therefore the physical-chemical properties of decolorant cashmere were investigated in the paper.The experiments showed that after decolorization processing,whiteness of fiber was improved remarkablely,fiber scale layers damaged slightly but clearly visible,the physical and mechanical properties of fiber such as breaking strength,fiber elongation,brief fiber quotiety,average diameter and length were slightly changed.The initial dyeing rate of decolorant cashmere by reactive dyes was slightly increased and the equilibrium dyeing rate declined.The research results indicated that the dyeing property were effectively improved by increasing acid amount,enhancing the post-dyeing washing,adding wet rubbing fastness improver and adjusting the decoloring process.
