摘要
目的:建立醒脑静注射液中莪术二酮及吉马酮的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC对醒脑静注射液中莪术二酮和吉马酮进行含量测定。Waters symmetry C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-水(60∶40),检测波长210 nm,柱温35℃,流速1.0 mL·min-1。结果:莪术二酮在0.072 9~1.98μg(r=0.999 9),吉马酮在0.023 2~0.58μg(r=0.999 9)呈良好的线性关系。莪术二酮和吉马酮的平均回收率分别为99.47%,100.2%,RSD分别为2.73%,2.94%。结论:所建立的方法简便,重复性好,可用于醒脑静注射液的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous quantitative determination of curdione and germacrone in Xingnaojing injection.Method:HPLC was used to determine the content of curdione and germacrone in Xingnaojing injection.The analysis was performed on an Waters symmetry C18 column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(60:40),the monitoring wavelength was 210 nm,the column temperature was 35 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Result:The linear ranges of curdione and germacrone were 0.072 9-1.98 μg(r = 0.999 9) and 0.023 2-0.58 μg(r = 0.999 9) respectively.The average recovery of curdione and germacrone were 99.47%(RSD 2.73%) and 100.2%(RSD 2.94%) respectively,which showed the method was reliable.Conclusion:The method was simple and repeatable,and can be used for the quality control of Xingnaojing injection.
