补肺益阳化痰中药治疗对稳定期COPD患者的肺功能及生命质量的影响

Efficiency of Chinese Herbal Medicine with Bufei Yiyang Huatan in Treating Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Patients in Stationary Phase of Pulmonary Function and Influence on Quality of Life

目的:研究补肺益阳化痰中药治疗对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的肺功能及生命质量的影响。方法:将72例COPD患者随机分成观察组及对照组,每组36例,对照组仅使用西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合补肺益阳化痰中药治疗,两组均1个月为1个疗程,6个疗程后观察两组患者肺功能、生命质量情况及药物不良反应。结果:观察组中医证候显效率(33.33%)、总有效率(83.33%)显著高于对照组(P<0.01);肺功能改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);生命质量评分降低程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均无不良反应发生。结论:补肺益阳化痰中药可有效改善稳定期COPD患者的肺功能及生命质量,适合临床推广应用。

Objective：To study the efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine with Bufei Yiyang Huatan in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） patientsin stationary phase of pulmonary function and the influence on the quality of life.Method：Seventy-two patients with COPD patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group（36 cases） were given western medicine treatment,the observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine in base of treatment of the control group the treatment course was one month,lasted for 6 treatment courses.Result：In the observation group the effective rate was 33.33%,total effective rate was 83.33% which was significantly higher than that in control group（P ＆lt; 0.01）.The improvement of lung function was better than that in the control group（P ＆lt; 0.05）.The improvement of life quality was better than that in control group（P ＆lt; 0.05）.During the treatment period no adverse reaction was found.Conclusion：Chinese traditional medicine with Bufei Yiyang Huatan can effectively improve quality of life and lung function in the stationary phase in COPD patients.
