摘要
采用溶剂热法制备了In2O3前驱物微球,经过900℃热处理后获得球径为100 nm的类球形In2O3纳米材料。利用X射线衍射(XRD),拉曼光谱(Raman)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对产物的结构和形貌进行了表征。将类球形In2O3纳米材料制作成厚膜型气敏元件并进行气敏测试,发现该材料对CO表现出较好的气敏性,对200μL·L-1CO的灵敏度为22.4,最低检测限为1μL·L-1。
The In2O3/C microspheres were prepared by a solvothermal method, and nanospherical-like In2O3 were obtained after 900 ℃ heat treatment. The structure and morphology of the product were characterized by X ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy (Raman) , and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). A thick film gas sensor based on the nanospherieal-like In2O3 was used to test for CO. It was found that the sensor has excellent CO sensing performance with a sensitivity of 22.4 for 200 μL·L^-1 CO and a minimum detection limit of 1 μL·L^-1 .
