摘要 目的:针对肉豆蔻挥发油的多种化学成分分析及不同药理作用广泛研究的基础上,综述其研究发展情况。方法:通过查阅大量国内外相关文献,总结和归纳已报道的肉豆蔻挥发油基础化学研究及药理研究方面的现状。结论:肉豆蔻挥发油有多方面药理功能,且挥发油化学组成与其功效关系密切。文章着重阐述肉豆蔻挥发油中枢系统功效与化学成分间的关系,以期为今后更深层次的研究做综合性的参考。 Objective: Aim at multiple chemical components analysis and widely study the pharmacolog- ical effects on volatile oils in nutmeg, elaborate the current situation of pharmacological effects on vol- atile oils in nutmeg. Method. Through consulting a large number of related literatures at home and abroad, summarize and conclude reported current situation of chemical and pharmacological study on nutmeg oil. Conclusion. Nutmeg oil has various pharmacological functions and the relationship of its chemical composition and efficacy is close-knit. Emphasize the relationship between pharmacological mechanism of central nervous system and chemical component with a view to exploit volatile oils in nutmeg and provide all-round references for subsequent deep study.
