摘要
调味品是人们日常饮食中不可或缺的。调味品发展至今,其种类繁多,质量和工艺都在不断提高和改进。文章简要叙述了目前我国几种常用的传统型调味品,并对其今后的发展进行了分析和展望。
Condiments are essential to people＇s daily diet. So far, it has a great variety and its quality and technology are constantly being improved. Briefly describe China＇s present several commonly used traditional condiments, analyze and prospect its future development in this paper.
