摘要
研究了葱白多糖的分离纯化以及分子量分布。试验结果表明:经沸水提取、脱除果胶、透析后的葱白多糖含量为75.0%。采用Sephadex G-150柱层析纯化,得到葱白多糖P2。经过紫外扫描和高效液相色谱法分析表明:P2为均一多糖,高效液相凝胶色谱法测定P2分子量(Mw)为5.195kDa。
The purification and molecular weight distribution of Allium schoenoprasum L. are studied in this paper. Through extraction by boiling water, removal of pectin and dialysis, the Allium schoenoprasurn L. polysaccharides content is 75.0 ~. Then the polysaccharides are purified by Sepha- dex G-150 gelcolumn chromatography, and P2 is obtained. Its homogeneity is verified by UV and HPLC. And the molecular weight (Mw) of P2 is 5. 195 kDa by the determination of HPLC.
