Optimization of Extraction of Naringin from Pomelo Peel with Ultrasonic-assisted Quadratic Regression Orthogonal Experiment Method

摘要 以柚皮为原料,研究了超声波辅助提取柚皮中柚皮苷的工艺条件,在单因素实验基础上,通过二次回归正交试验优化了超声波辅助提取柚皮中柚皮苷的工艺条件。结果表明:柚皮中柚皮苷最佳提取工艺条件:料液比1∶26(g/mL),pH值11,乙醇浓度70%,超声波频率25kHz,提取温度60℃。在此条件下,柚皮苷提取率可达2.91%。 In this paper, with pomelo peel as raw material, ultrasonic assisted extraction technological conditions for naringin from pomelo peel are researched. Based on the single factor experiment, use the quadratic regression orthogonal test to optimize the ultrasonic assisted extraction technological conditions for naringin from pomelo peel. The results show that the optimum extraction technology conditions for naringin from pomelo peel are: ratio of material and liquid is 1 = 26 (g/mL), pH value is 11, ethanol concentration is 70%, ultrasonic frequency is 25 kHz, and extraction temperature is 60℃. In these conditions, the extraction yield of naringin can reach 2.91%.
