不同培养基培养木醋杆菌产细菌纤维素过程中物质变化的研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了化学培养基和糖液培养基培养木醋杆菌产细菌纤维素的产量和发酵液内有机酸的变化,并分别将这些有机酸添加到化学培养基内测定发酵液的总糖、总酸及糖的转化率,结果显示:糖液培养基的细菌纤维素产量较高且发酵液内的有机酸种类较多;乙酸、丙酮酸、乳酸可以增加细菌纤维素的产量并提高糖的转化率;柠檬酸、苹果酸、丁二酸可以提高细菌纤维素的产量但不能提高糖的转化率;草酸和酒石酸对木醋杆菌产细菌纤维素有抑制作用。 Study on the bacterial cellulose output and organic acids changes in chemical medium and sugar liquid medium, then add these organic acids into the chemical medium and respectively deter- mine the total sugar, total acid and sugar conversion rate. The results show that bacterial cellulose output and organic acid type is higher in sugar liquid medium~ acetic acid, pyruvic acid and lactic acid can increase the output of bacterial cellulose and improve the sugar conversion rate~ citric acid, malic acid and succinic acid can improve the yield ol bacterial cellulose hut cannot improve the conversion rate o[ sugar~ oxalic acid and tartaric acid have inhibitory effect to Acetobacter xylinum producing bac- terial cellulose.
