教师专业发展与教师创新能力内涵丰富,彼此之间相互影响、相互促进。在分析二者基本含义及其关系的基础上,认为教师专业发展与教师创新能力培养,需要不断丰富和完善教师专业结构,通过创造良好环境促进教师专业发展,提高教师创新能力。采取自我发展与创新实践相结合的培养模式,促进教师终身专业发展,培养和提高教师的创新能力。

The connotation of the professional development of teachers and the innovation ability are rich. They have the mutual influence and promotion. On the basis of analysis of their meanings, this paper concluded that the professional development of teachers and the innovation ability need to enrich and perfect the teachers＇ professional structure. We need to create a good environment to pro- mote professional development of teachers, and to improve teachers＇ innovative ability. The models of self - development and innovative practice will be a better choice ,which can promote the life -long professional development of teachers, train and improve their innova- tion ability.
