The counselor professional development should be based on professional ethics counselor for the purpose of enhancing and premise. Counselors professional morality is peculiar to professional property, including moral quality, ethical responsibility and professional spirit. The ascension of the counselor professional ethics is a complicated systematic project;needing the joint efforts of the counselor individual, schools and society. Individual self - consciousness is core and key for counselor professional moral formation and ascension. The school, as a field and management organization, is counselor professional moral growth conditions, while a favorable social policy is the guarantee of counselor professional morality.
