略论网络环境下的学院图书馆藏书建设

本文分析了在网络环境下 ,人们对信息资料需求的变化 ,结合我院图书馆的实际 ,提出了图书馆藏书建设必须采取的方针和相应的对策。

The article expounds that under network circumstances,the source of requirement of information data becomes different.With the practice of the National Procurators College,the writer puts forward under network circumstances,the building of resources of books in library should take guiding principle and appropriate measures.
