高校促进农业科技型中小企业发展的对策研究——以天津农学院为例

Studies on Countermeasures of University Promoting Development of Small and Middle Size Enterprises of Agricultural Science, Taking Tianjin Agricultural University as a Case

文章阐述了农业科技型企业的内涵,分析了天津市农业科技型中小企业发展的现状,列举了制约农业科技型中小企业进一步发展的主要因素,并以天津农学院为例,提出了高校促进农业科技型中小企业发展的对策建议,如开拓多元化融资渠道、推进复合型人才培训、制订战略发展规划等。

The connotation of small and middle size enterprises of agricultural science and technology was elaborated in the paper.Current situation of small and middle size enterprises of agricultural science and technology in Tianjin was analyzed and obstacles to develop these enterprises were listed.Taking Tianjin Agricultural University as a case,countermeasures for promoting the development of these enterprises were suggested,i.e.,expanding multiple investment channels,promoting training of compound talents,and making strategic plan for development,etc.
