基于C^4D技术的小通道流体流量测量装置及方法 被引量:1

摘要 目前适用于小通道的流量测量装置或仪表还十分有限。本文基于电容耦合式非接触电导测量(Capacitively Coupled Contactless Conductivity Detection,C^4D)技术和互相关测速原理,提出了一种毫米级管道的流量测量新方法,并研制了其测量装置.该方法利用两对电子开关对两路测量通路交互闭合,分别获得两组流体电导信号。对得到的两组信号进行互相关运算,从而获得流体的流速和流量.作为初步研究,本文分别对内径为3.2 mm和5.4 mm的管道进行了流量测量实验。实验结果表明基于C^4D技术的小通道流体流量测量新方法是可行的和有效的。 The flowrate measurement devices or instruments in small channel are very limited. Based on Capacitively Coupled Contactless Conductivity Detection (C4D) technique and cross-correlation velocity measurement principle, a new method for flowrate measurement in millimeter-scale pipe is proposed and a new measurement device is developed. Two pairs of electronic switches are used to obtain two independent conductivity signals of the fluid. By cross-correlating the two signals, the velocity and flowrate of the fluid can be determined. As a preliminary research, flowrate measurement experiments are carried out in two pipes with the inner diameters of 3.2 mm and 5.4 mm, respectively. The experimental results show that the new proposed method based on C4D technique for flowrate measurement is feasible and effective.
