摘要
大绒鼠是横断山区的固有种。利用大绒鼠40个个体设计出12对微卫星引物,其有效等位基因(Na)2~5个,观测杂合度(HO)、期望杂合度(HE)及多态信息含量(PIC)分别为0.111to 0.465,0.457to 0.707,0.407 3to 0.674 1.筛选出的12对引物中Emj 2~43和Emj 2~54属于高度多态性座位,其余10对均为中度多态性座位,这些微卫星引物的筛选可用于今后更进一步的种群研究。
The Oriental vole Eothenomys miletus(Microtinae:Eothenomys)is an endemic species distributed in Hengduan mountain region.In this study,twelve microsatellite loci were isolated from this species.Analysis of 40 individuals showed that the number of alleles ranged from two to five with observed heterozygosity ranged from 0.111 to 0.465,expected heterozygosity ranged from 0.457 to 0.707,and polymorphic information content ranged from 0.407 3 to 0.674 1.These microsatellite loci will be of practical use for population structure,mating system and inbreeding studies in E.miletus.
