摘要
面临不稳定、复杂的环境,平衡矛盾的能力已经成为了组织长期生存或发展的关键,因此组织二元性受到学术界的广泛关注。但是已有研究对于组织二元性的涵义、前因、与绩效的关系等未达成共识,还是有很多最新的研究加入讨论,本文对这三个方面进行了回顾和梳理,并以此为基础提出未来研究展望。
Facing unstable, complex environment, capacity of balancing conflicting has become the key of the organization long-term survival or development. So organizations ambidexterity have gotten a lot of academic attention. But existing research about definition of organization ambidexterity, antecedents of organization ambidexterity, and its relationship with performance have not reached a consensus. There are still a lot of new research involved in the discussion. In this paper,these three aspects are reviewed. And based on that,future research prospects are proposed.
