Analysis on Relationship between Energy Price and Its Influencing Factors Based on Grey Technology

摘要 能源是人类生存和发展的重要物质资源,能源价格直接影响到能源消费和物价水平。利用灰色技术计算能源价格与影响因素之间的关联度,分析能源价格与影响因素的相关关系,得出影响能源价格因素的重要程度,从而提出相应的对策建议。具体是:第一,加强工业节能降耗技术攻关,控制能源消费总量,稳定能源价格。第二,提高能源使用效率,降低能源消耗,稳定能源价格。第三,提高人们生活水平的同时,加强节能环保意识宣传,促进全社会节能降耗,推进能源价格市场化改革。 Energy is important material resources f3r human survival and development, and its price can directly affect the energy consumption and price of commodities. The correlation degree between energy prices and its influencing factors is calculated by Grey Technology, which can analyze the correlation between energy prices and its influencing factors and conclude the important factor influencing the energy price. thus corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. The concrete is as follow: Firstly, research for the technology of industri- al energy saving should be enhanced, with the total energy consumption controlled, and the energy prices stabilized. Secondly, the energy effi- ciency should be improved, with energy consumption reduced, and the energy prices stabilized. Thirdly, when the living standard is improved, cultivate energy conservation and environmental awareness should be strengthened to promote the whole society saving energy and market - o- riented reform of energy prices.
