摘要
职业技术教育学作为大学学术学科,其一方面承担职业院校专业教师教育的研究与实践,另一方面关注职业教育的体制、模式等宏观研究。但是实践层面对职业院校师资面貌产生的实质性影响较小;在学科理论发展层面,其学科规范程度、学科地位、研究内容等方面还处于初级发展阶段,在学科培养内容、培养目标、培养方式等方面还表现出明显的定位之困,凸显了作为新兴复合学科发展中各领域融合转换的困难。解决这些困难,需要从协作机制方面做更多考虑。
As an academic university discipline, Vocational and Technical Pedagogy not only takes on the research and practice of professional teacher education of vocational schools, but also focuses on macro-researches including the system and mode of vocational education. But in the practice, it has fewer material impacts on teaching staff of vocational schools; in the theoretical development of disciplines, its discipline specification degree, discipline status and research con- tents are still in the primary stage of development; the orientation dilemmas apparently exist in its discipline cultivation contents, objectives and modes, which highlights the dilemmas of integration and transformation of fields in development process of emerging pluri-discipline. To solve these issues, it is necessary to consider more from the aspect of coordina- tion mechanism.
