新疆与中亚国家人民币跨境结算的障碍分析

跨境人民币结算开展四年以来,新疆已与哈萨克斯坦等46个国家和地区开展了跨境人民币结算业务,结算规模不断增加,2012年跻身人民币跨境结算业务量西部十省区第一。然而,新疆与中亚国家的跨境人民币结算规模却很小,其中,跨境人民币的清算渠道少、使用量小和接纳量低是影响中亚国家跨境人民币结算的最大障碍。因此,拓宽跨境人民币结算渠道,构建顺畅、便捷的跨境人民币流通渠道,通过向中亚国家的中资企业发放人民币贷款,加大中国政府援助项目人民币贷款的比重等是解决新疆与中亚国家跨境人民币结算的有效手段。
