疏水性Silicalite-1/zein复合负载膜的制备及醇/水分离性能 被引量:1

Preparation of hydrophobic Silicalite-1/zein membrane and pervaporation separation of ethanol/water mixtures

摘要 采用旋涂技术在多孔氧化铝基片上制备Silicalite-1/zein疏水性复合膜,为增强Sili-calite-1粒子的疏水性和在zein基液中的均匀分散性,采用六甲基二硅氮烷的表面改性技术和球磨分散工艺,制备结构均一、厚度在10μm左右复合负载膜.渗透蒸发实验表明:Silicalite-1/zein疏水性复合膜在303K和313K下分别对含3%(质量分数,下同)和5%乙醇的水溶液进行乙醇组分的提浓,其总的渗透通量和乙醇分离因子分别为0.73~0.82kg/(m2·h)和4.5~8.7. A hydrophobic Silicalite-1/zein composite membrane supported on a porous alumina tablet was prepared by spin coating process. Surface modification by hexamethyldisilazane and ball-milling processes improved the dispersivity and homogeneity of Silicalite-1 particles in zein ethanol solution. The homogeneous Silicalite-1/zein composite membrane has an average thickness of 10 μm. The pervaporation experiments showed that the Silicalite-1/zein composite membrane could effectively concentrate the ethanol solutions of 3% and 50% ( mass fraction ) by pervaporation process. The total permeation fluxes and separation factors of ethanol at 303 K and 313 K are from 0. 73 to 0. 82 kg/(m2·h)and from 4. 5 to 8. 7, respectively.
